近日，南京市第一醫院接診了一名雙眼角膜內皮營養不良晚期患者，經過專家反復論證，最終在他的一只眼球上同時進行了三臺手術，手術非常順利，張大爺已于16日康復出院。

1月12日，張大爺慕名找到了南京市第一醫院眼科王林農主任。王主任接診后，經過詳細的檢查，最終確診其為雙眼角膜內皮營養不良，還患有白內障。這疾病在臨床不多見，治療的效果經常不滿意。聽到這里，張大爺一籌莫展，很是著急，收治住院后王主任及團隊反復研究病情，查閱臨床資料，在第二天的查房中很肯定的對張大爺說了三個字：可以治！
為確保手術順利進行，王主任召集科內專家進行了認真的術前討論，最終決定行飛秒激光角膜內皮移植術＋白內障超聲乳化摘出術＋人工晶體植入術，又稱“新三聯手術”。該手術在小小的眼球上同時進行三種手術操作，由于眼球血管非常豐富，操作要求零誤差，刀刀“精準”，對術者的技術要求極高。
